Free online video to MP3 converter

Copyright & DMCA

Audiora respects the rights of creators and copyright owners, and we expect our users to do the same. This page explains how the service works, how to use it responsibly, and how rights holders can contact us.

How Audiora works

Audiora is a conversion tool. It doesn’t host, index, list or share videos or music. Each conversion is started by a user for a single link or file, and the result is sent straight to that user’s device.

We don’t keep the MP3s we create, and we don’t make any converted content available to other people. Uploaded files are deleted right after conversion, and audio fetched from video sites is deleted automatically within 30 minutes.

Using Audiora responsibly

Only convert content that you own, that is in the public domain, that is licensed for reuse (for example under Creative Commons), or that the copyright owner has allowed you to download.

Downloading copyrighted material without permission may break the terms of service of the platform it comes from and the copyright law of your country. You are responsible for how you use Audiora and the files you create with it.

If you believe Audiora is being used to infringe your copyright, send a written notice to info@getaudiora.com with the subject line “DMCA Notice”. Under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512), your notice should include:

  • Your physical or electronic signature (typing your full legal name is enough).
  • Identification of the copyrighted work you believe is infringed.
  • The specific URL(s) of the material you want us to act on — for example, the video link(s) being converted.
  • Your name, postal address, telephone number and email address.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement that the information in your notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

Incomplete notices may delay our response. Please note that knowingly making false claims can make you liable for damages.

What we do when we receive a valid notice

We review every complete notice promptly. Where appropriate, we block the identified videos so they can no longer be converted on Audiora.

Because Audiora doesn’t store converted files, there is usually nothing to remove from our servers — blocking future conversions of the identified content is the effective remedy.

Counter-notices

If you believe content was blocked by mistake or misidentification, you can send a counter-notice to info@getaudiora.com with your contact details, the blocked link, a statement under penalty of perjury that you believe it was blocked in error, and your consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate court.
