Frequently asked questions
Which Instagram links work?
Links to public Reels, video posts and IGTV videos, such as instagram.com/reel/…, instagram.com/p/… and instagram.com/tv/…. Photo posts, Stories and carousel posts with several items aren't supported.
Why does a public Reel sometimes not work?
Instagram limits what it shows to visitors who aren't logged in, so a few public posts can't be fetched. Private accounts never work. Try again later, or try another Reel.
Do I need to log in to Instagram?
No. Audiora never asks for your Instagram password and only works with posts anyone can see.
Why doesn't the progress bar show a percentage?
Instagram doesn't tell us how long a video is, so we can't estimate the file size in advance. The conversion still runs at full speed — the bar just shows that it's working.
Which audio quality should I choose?
192 kbps is a great default. Pick 320 kbps for the best quality, or 128 kbps for smaller files such as podcasts and speech.
Can I convert a video file from my device?
Yes. Switch to the "Upload file" tab and choose an MP4, MOV, MKV, WEBM, AVI or audio file up to 200 MB. Uploaded files are deleted right after conversion.
Is it free and is my download private?
Yes. It's free with no sign-up, and we don't store your MP3s or keep a list of the links you convert.
